Puspa Basnet  is a social worker and the the Founder/President of Early Childhood Development Center and Butterfly home in Kathmandu, she works for the rights of children living in prision with their parents.

In 2012 she won CNN Heroes Award. In 2016 she became CNN SUPERHERO.
